The website

Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA; EU data-transfer safeguards apply). Server logs (IP address, time, requested page) are processed briefly for security and delivery — legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Visitor statistics use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify you. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

The Mirror

What you write in the Mirror is sent to Anthropic (Claude API, USA; EU transfer safeguards) solely to generate the conversation and reflection. It is not used to train AI models, and we do not store your conversation on our servers after the session. Bring what feels right — and only what feels right. Legal basis: performance of the requested service, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Reflections list (email)

If you leave your email, it is stored with MailerLite (EU) after double opt-in confirmation, together with your name (if given) and where you signed up. Used only to send occasional reflections and program news. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes you from active sending. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Applications & forms

Application and intake forms run on Tally (EU). Your answers are stored there and in our private workspace (Notion) to assess fit and guide the program, and are treated as confidential. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Booking & payment

Calls are scheduled via Cal.com; payments are processed by Stripe (payment data goes directly to Stripe, never to us; EU transfer safeguards apply). Email correspondence runs on Zoho Mail (EU servers).

How long, and your rights

We keep personal data only as long as its purpose (or statutory retention for business records) requires. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a supervisory authority. One email to hello@sagemodeai.com is enough.
