Program Terms

These terms govern participation in SAGE MODE AI programs offered by Ramune Lekamaviciute, Steinweg 7, 63073 Offenbach am Main, Germany (“we”/“Ramune”). Last updated: 4 July 2026.

1 · The program

SAGE MODE AI is an 8-week group coaching program combining the official Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) mental-fitness program (delivered by a certified coach, including PQ app access provided by Positive Intelligence, LLC under its own terms) with a personal AI practice. It is coaching and education — not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or financial advice, and no specific professional or personal outcome is promised. AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) are used under the participant’s own accounts and the respective providers’ terms.

2 · Application, contract, price

Participation is by application and a fit conversation. The contract is formed when Ramune confirms your place and you complete payment via the personal payment link (processed by Stripe). Prices are stated in EUR; as a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged. Installment arrangements, where agreed, are a payment convenience, not a subscription; the full program fee remains owed.

3 · Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons, by a clear message to hello@sagemodeai.com. Payments received are refunded within 14 days by the original payment method. If the program begins during the withdrawal period, you request the early start expressly; if you then withdraw before the program is fully performed, you owe a proportionate amount for what was already delivered. Your right of withdrawal expires once the program has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment.

4 · Rescheduling & cancellation beyond withdrawal

Life happens. If you cannot begin, a one-time transfer of your seat to the next cohort can be arranged where capacity allows. Missed live sessions within a running cohort are covered by summaries or recordings (where the circle consents) but are not refundable individually. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

5 · Confidentiality

The cohort works under a mutual confidentiality commitment (the Safety Charter, part of onboarding): what is shared in the circle stays in the circle — a duty that binds Ramune and every participant alike. Your documents and AI conversations belong to you; personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

6 · Liability, law

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, liability exists only for breach of essential contractual duties and is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
