Write the first page of your Brief.

Ninety minutes, online, and open to anyone who wants to come. Not a webinar about a programme — this is the actual first session, given away, because the fastest way to know whether this work is yours is to do a piece of it.

You leave with something written: the opening page of a Personal Brief. It is the document that tells any AI — the one you use now and the one that replaces it — how you think, what you value over what, and how you get in your own way.

What we actually do

  • Twenty minutes on why a good AI answer so often leaves you faster and no clearer — and what is missing from the exchange
  • Forty minutes writing, together and in silence, through three questions: where you believe you are going, what you value over what, and the noes that define you
  • Twenty minutes putting that page in front of an AI and watching what changes — including where it still gets you wrong
  • Ten minutes on what to do with it tomorrow, whether or not you ever work with me

What to bring

  • Something to write on — paper or a blank document, whichever you actually think in
  • One decision you have been circling for longer than it deserves. You will not have to say it out loud
  • Ninety minutes where you are not also half in a meeting. This is the one thing that genuinely matters
  • An AI you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, whichever — open in a tab. A free account is enough, and if you have none, you can watch that part and try it afterwards

One thing beforehand, if you like

Take the free saboteur assessment. It takes about five minutes and it is not mine — it belongs to Positive Intelligence, whose programme forms the spine of the eight weeks. We will not work through it on the day; ninety minutes is already a lot. But knowing your own two lead patterns changes what you write in the third question, and you will feel the difference.

Take a seat

Leave your name and email and the joining link comes to you a few days before. The recording follows afterwards, so a clash on the day is not a reason to stay away.

Your name and email, and then one click in the email that follows.

Block the time now, before the week fills up: download the calendar file — it opens in Apple Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird, anything — or add it straight to Google Calendar.

And afterwards

The page you write on the day describes who you are on a good day. That is genuinely useful, and it is yours to keep. The eight weeks are about the other days — the ones where you know exactly what you want and talk yourself out of it anyway.

So nothing is required of you. If the ninety minutes land and you want the rest, the first live cohort of SAGE MODE AI runs 10 October to 4 December — three to five places, online and in English. If they land and you would rather carry on alone, you leave with the page you wrote and my genuine encouragement to keep going.

Curious before September? The Mirror takes five minutes and tells you more about this work than any page can.
